The family room was spacious and clean , the kids really enjoyed having their own space with the sofa bed. The staff surprised us with complimentary charcuterie and local soda, which was a nice touch after a long day.

It wasn’t exactly affordable , but considering the perks, it felt justified.

Consider utilizing the complimentary luggage storage after check-out, allowing for a stress-free exploration of the city before departing.

Yo, this spot was, like, super clean and in a totally prime location! Staff was, like, so nice and made everything easy. The breakfast? Oh my gosh, mad choices, loved it! Had dinner too, and the service was on point. Check out the sauna, it was chill!

However, the family room fell short. it appeared outdated and not in line with modern standards, lacking both charm and a fresh feel. Additionally, the view was quite unappealing, facing a courtyard that hindered any sense of privacy. Despite the convenient location next to a mall and transportation, the room's condition made it difficult to feel relaxed during my stay.

I loved how cozy our room was. The location was perfect and close to all the landmarks. We had an amazing time exploring the area!

The breakfast spread was a true feast—think meatballs, crepes, and fresh fruit galore! Plus, the pool and sauna were amazing for unwinding after a day of exploring. The location couldn't be beaten. it was a hop, skip, and a jump from the Central Station and Nordstan shopping center.

While my stay was generally pleasant, the bed linen felt a bit rough on warm nights, and I was promised room cleaning that never happened.

The indoor pool was a nice touch, and the gym facilities seemed well-maintained, too. Check-in and check-out were straightforward, and I didn’t have to deal with any long waits. However, there were a few hiccups. The air conditioning in my room was stuck on cold, and I couldn't seem to turn it off, making it a bit uncomfortable at times. Also, there were some noise disturbances from outside that were a bit distracting at night. And while the breakfast was great, I noticed some items ran out quickly during peak times, leading to a bit of chaos in the dining area. Despite these issues, the overall experience was enjoyable, and I would consider staying here again if I return to Gothenburg.
